NetIX launches new PoP in Italy

The new location in Rome, comes after the company launched its first in Milano in 2016.

In Rome, NetIX will provide connectivity to all its 150+ points of presence, which at presence includes 66 cities; 35 countries; 6 continents; 30+ IXPs. Giving its partners and clients the benefit of access to its global peering network.

In March of this year, NetIX struck a partnership with NJFX to expand the company’s global ecosystem into the Latin America (LATAM) market.

Through its partnership with NetIX, NJFx customers will be able to take advantage of Tier 3 data centre capabilities along with increased connectivity options.   In addition, NJFX will allow businesses to connect to Europe through NetIX’s peering PoP.

Additionally, prior to this in 2017, NetIX launched its first PoP in the US in the Equinix Miami (MI1) data centre.
