One of TNZI's exclusive international voice partnerships has recently prevented a major fraud attempt by hackers trying to generate fraudulent calls to Sierra Leone.

“The hacking attempt was shut down within an hour, avoiding large losses. TNZI has seen similar incidents in the past cost a retail operator tens of thousands per day,” said Andrew Tierney, international head at TNZI.

“TNZI can work closely with partners to better manage many aspects of their international voice requirements, including the growing risk of fraud. A business partnership with TNZI allows you to maximise the current traditional voice profitability while minimising the cost, risk and technical complexity involved in delivering international voice into the future.”

Tierney added that by partnering with TNZI, customers can “improve their outbound international rates, achieve the best cost to origin-based-surcharge destinations in Europe, lower operational overheads, and get access to automated reporting and testing tools”.
