Blue Wireless launches internet broadband service for Singapore enterprises

Asian internet service provider (ISP) Blue Wireless has launched wireless internet broadband service for corporate customers in Singapore.

In Singapore it’s disrupting traditional wired services and the MVNO model, which are bound to a single network, by leveraging all three 4G LTE operators and buying mobile network capacity from them in bulk. It selects the right network for a specific customer location to enhance optimal connectivity and a dual-network option is also available for customers.

“Reliable, flexible internet connectivity is essential for any business location, big or small”, said Ivan Landen, chief wireless officer of Blue Wireless.

“A growing group of business customers want more options and a wireless broadband connection is perfect for them. Too many businesses either keep waiting for fixed-line delivery or struggle with mobile consumer packages; suffering from small data allowance, high overage charges and speed throttling, all not suitable for business. We designed our services specifically for the needs of today’s business, bundled with equipment, a generous usage allowance and immediate delivery.”

Blue Wireless already serves regional enterprise customers with managed wireless internet across Asia-Pacific and has services in 16 countries. With this launch for Singapore, it’s expanding into the more competitive small business segment, says Landen: “Our service model evolves around providing a reliable service experience, regardless of location. This is something all companies need, big or small. Three things are clear in today’s business: Every business needs internet access, no one likes wires and no one likes waiting!”

Blue Wireless’s new business packages are designed to provide flexible internet access for small business locations such as a small store, kiosk, construction site, or office shop house. It bridges the gap for locations with no fibre broadband connectivity or long waiting installation times and enables customers to sign-up for shorter-term contracts.
