CityFibre, a company building fibre networks in a number of UK cities, has bought Kcom’s UK-wide network infrastructure for £90 million. [read more]

Saudi Telecom (STC) has received approval from Kuwait’s regulator, Capital Markets Authority (CMA), to acquire all the shares of its Kuwaiti affiliate Viva. [read more]


The Bouygues construction and real estate group is set to take a 15% stake in Orange as part of a deal to merge Bouygues Telecom with the French incumbent operator. [read more]
