Tawasul and Paltel sign partnership agreement

Tawasul Telecom and Paltel have signed a partnership agreement.

The move will see Tawasul provide Paltel with access to its MPLS network across the GCC, Egypt and Iraq. In return, Paltel will provide Tawasul Telecom with access to its network in Palestine and surrounding markets.

“The signing of this agreement will fall in-line with Tawasul’s expansion strategy, linking the GCC and Middle East to the world,” said Salem Almulaifi, chief marketing and strategy officer at Tawasul Telecom.

The agreement follows an announcement by Paltel at Capacity Eurasia 2015 that it has also signed a partnership agreement with Turk Telekom International

“As part of our strategic partnership with Tawasul Telecom the leading player in the GCC market, a track record of success that significantly helped in improving Telecom landscape in the region, and enabled Paltel to deliver state-of-the-art connection and access services to reach different countries,” said Maen Melhem, GM at Paltel.
