Partner Communications appoints deputy CEO

Israeli telecoms provider Partner Communications has today revealed the appointment of Yuval Keinan as its deputy chief executive.

Keinan will leave his position as VP and CTO at Bezeq, The Israel Telecommunication Corp, for the role at Partner which is effective of January 2016.

“Keinan has considerable proven experience in the fields of fixed-line communications, telephony, IT and the business realms in the telecoms field; I am confident that his proven abilities to leverage the most innovative technologies for the benefit of the business needs of the company will assist Partner in continuing to lead the telecoms market,” said Isaac Benbenisti, Partner Communications CEO.

“I am sure that his creativity, ability to lead complex technological and business processes and his innovative outside-of-the-box thinking will provide an excellent platform for success in his position as the deputy CEO.”

Keinan has also served in technology, engineering and IT roles at Bezeq and holds a BSc in computer science.

In June this year, Orange and Partner Communications signed an agreement to end their brand licensing deal in Israel and later in August, Partner received its first payment of €15 million in compensation.
