Orange has entered into an agreement with Bharti Airtel to purchase its four subsidiaries in Africa. [read more

German cable network operator Tele Columbus is to acquire PrimaCom for €711 million ($778 million), in a move which will combine the country’s third and fourth largest cable companies. [read more

 

Russia’s Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) is to purchase billing software provider NVision Group from its majority shareholder AFK Sistema in a deal valued at as much as $263 million (15 billion rubles). [read more
