The operator announced the renaming earlier this year as part of a move to converge its products under the TIM brand.
“Having always stood for innovation, sharing and freedom, the single brand TIM now simplifies the brand architecture and relationship with customers – from the offer to shops to billing," said the company.
The company started as Telecom Italia 20 years ago and has 30.14 million customers and a 34.7% share of the market at the end of March 2015.
As part of the rebranding, the company has relaunched its www.tim.it website to incorporate the fixed and internet services that were previously offered by Telecom Italia.
Operators like Telefonica and France Telecom have undertaken similar rebranding with their Movistar and Orange brands becoming the official brands.
