UK-based Blue Planet provides internet access and managed router solutions across the globe and the service is designed to enable fast and accurate quoting for customers, reducing their reliance on budgetary pricing when they bid.
“We are conscious of the imperative for Tier-1 carriers to improve turnaround times and to reduce per-unit costs in their DSL and broadband services,” said Mark Hendrick, sales director at Blue Planet.
“In everything we do we are looking to pass on a minimum of a 10% improvement to the customer, be it in response times, coverage or overall cost.”
The solution also enables suppliers to enter a rating systems to establish metrics for speed, quality and coverage; accelerating the process of finding the most appropriate and cost-effective solution.
