SES has signed a capacity partnership deal with Telekom Srbija on the ASTRA 3B satellite.

The satellite is owned by SES is positioned at 23.5 degrees East and will serve to help the operator provide capacity on a range of services.

The Serbian operator is presently using capacity via SES’ orbital position of 19.2 degrees East, and provides Direct-to-Home transmission on public TV channels in the country.

Under the new agreement, the company will be able to utilise additional capacity to serve TV, radio and data services from SES’ vast satellite capacity reach.
