Magnussen will be responsible for sustaining and expanding the role of ICSS in the market, as well as adjusting its business portfolio and presence in different countries. In his previous role, Magnussen was VP of commercial roaming within Deutsche Telekom IBU (International Business) since 2009, where he was responsible for optimising the commercial wholesale roaming business. Magnussen takes over from Helmut Angst who has headed up the international wholesale telecommunications division of Deutsche Telekom (ICSS) since 2005.
