Telecom Italia Sparkle (TIS) has appointed PAOLO FERRARI as its CEO. He was formerly head of TIS’s M&A and international business development unit. Before joining the company, Ferrari was managing director of Hansenet Telekommunikation, Telecom Italia’s German broadband operator. He has held positions in investment banking and consulting before joining the telecoms industry.
