INCORRECT MAILING, DATA PROTECTION

If any of the details on the mailing label are incorrect, please return the brochure to us so that we can update our records and ensure future mailings are correct.

CANCELLATION

A refund (less 10 % administration fee) will be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing more than four weeks before the event. We regret that no refunds can be given after this date. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.
