Hotel Accommodation
Capacity has negotiated a specially discounted rate of US$270.00 per standard room per night, (exclusive of breakfast) for delegates requiring overnight accommodation at the conference hotel. Further information on how to book the discounted rooms can be found in your sponsor and exhibitor information pack. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS LIMITED ROOM AT THIS RATE AND ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
All attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.

Exhibition Tear Down

After morning break on day 2, delegates will no longer have use of the exhibition room for meetings, therefore we would ask you to begin dismantling your stand after the morning break at 11.30. The room must be clear by 12.45. Please ensure you have booked a courier if you are wanting to ship things back to your office and that you have all the necessary return shipping details and forms for FedEx/DHL/UPS or whichever courier your company has an account with.

Shipping Information
· Please ensure that every item you ship to the conference is labelled and addressed clearly.

· Deliveries should be forwarded directly to the hotel, to arrive no earlier than Monday 4 February 2008. Packages will not be accepted at any other times.
· Customs clearance, bonding and arrangements for importation and repatriation of exhibit materials to the country of origin is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor or their appointed courier /customs agent.
· Please make all arrangements with your courier to ensure that all duties and taxes are prepaid as the hotel will refuse all packages which have not been custom cleared.

TelCap is not responsible for any exhibit support services. If you require any additional equipment e.g. additional furniture, power sockets, Internet access these items are to be ordered directly from the hotel and are chargeable.
