You may begin dismantling your stand as soon as everyone has moved back into the conference room for the final session after the morning coffee break at 11.15. Your exhibit must be dismantled and moved out of the exhibit hall by 14.15

Shipping Information
· Please ensure that every item you ship to the conference is labelled and addressed clearly. To download your shipping label please CLICK HERE
Deliveries should be forwarded directly to the hotel, to arrive no earlier than Monday 5th April. Packages will not be accepted at any other times. Please note the hotel may charge a storage and handling fee.
A number of courier companies do not deliver at the weekend, so it is important you arrange to have your packages delivered in time.
Customs clearance, bonding and arrangements for importation and repatriation of exhibit materials to the country of origin is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor or their appointed courier customs agent. Please allow sufficient time to complete these procedures.
· Please make all arrangements with your courier to ensure that all duties and taxes are prepaid as the hotel will refuse all packages which have not been custom cleared.

TelCap is not responsible for any exhibit support services. If you require any additional equipment e.g. additional furniture, power sockets, Internet access these items are to be ordered directly from the hotel and are chargeable.
