You may begin dismantling your stand as soon as everyone one has moved back into the conference room for the final session after the morning coffee break at 11.00. Your exhibit must be dismantled and moved out of the exhibit hall by 14.00.

Shipping Information
· Please ensure that every item you ship to the conference is labeled and addresses clearly. To download shipping label please CLICK HERE
· Deliveries should be forwarded directly to the hotel, to arrive no earlier than Thursday 6 September 2007. Packages will not be accepted at any other times.
· Customs clearance, bonding and arrangements for importation and repatriation of exhibit materials to the country of origin is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor or their appointed courier /customs agent.
· Please make all arrangements with your courier to ensure that all duties and taxes are prepaid as the hotel will refuse all packages which have not been custom cleared.
