Hotel Accommodation
Capacity has negotiated a specially discounted rate of US$289.00 per standard room per night, (exclusive of breakfast) for the night before (Monday 28th January) and the first night of the conference (Tuesday 29th January) for delegates requiring overnight accommodation at the conference hotel. Once you have confirmed your registration for the conference we will provide you with details of how to book your room at the discounted rate. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS LIMITED ROOM AT THIS RATE AND ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
Registration
On arrival please go to the Registration desk, which will be located outside Salon A of the Grand Ballroom, where you will be issued with your badge. Registration is at 8.40am on 29th January.
Delegate Messaging System
As a registered delegate you will have access to the online delegate messaging system. This will be activated 2 weeks prior to the event and for a week after the event, we will send you instructions for accessing this once it goes live.
