Accommodation
Capacity has negotiated a specially discounted rate of €225 single / €245 double per standard room per night, (inclusive of breakfast and city tax but exclusive of VAT) for delegates requiring overnight accommodation at the conference hotel. Once you have confirmed your registration for the conference we will provide you with details of how to book your room at the discounted rate. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE LIMITED ROOMS AT THIS RATE AND ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
Registration
Registration is on Monday 23rd June 2008. On arrival please go to the registration desk, which will be located outside the "Helena Ballroom" where you will be issued with your badge and conference documentation.
Delegate Messaging System
As a registered delegate you will have access to the online delegate messaging system. This will be activated 2 weeks prior to the event and for a week after the event, we will send you instructions for accessing this once it goes live.
