Hotel Accommodation
We have negotiated a specially discounted rate for delegates requiring overnight accommodation at the Westin St Maarten Dawn Beach Resort & Spa. Once you have confirmed your registration for the conference, we will provide details of how to book your room at the discounted rate. Rooms need to be booked by 25th January 2010.

Please note that there is a limited room block at this rate and rooms are subject to availability.

Registration
On arrival please go to the registration desk, which will be located outside the Soualiga ballroom where you will be issued with your badge.

Delegate Messaging System
As a registered delegate you will have access to the online delegate messaging system. This will be activated 2 weeks prior to the event and for a week after the event, we will send you instructions for accessing this once it goes live.
