Turkcell Superonline joins NetIX platform

Converged communication provider Turkcell Superonline has joined the NetIX exchange platform, the two firms announced at Capacity Middle East.

Turkcell Superonline will apply selective peering policy when providing access to Turkcell’s 40 million customer base.

Turkcell Superonline offers data communication services as an integrated communication and technology services player in the region. It operates a converged mobile and fixed network platform offering a wide range of innovative products and services.

The partnership provides NetIX with the opportunity to offer its services to hard-to-reach markets operated by Turkcell Superonline, NetIX said. This allows NetIX to continue its global expansion adding value to its members.

NetIX currently connects 20 other IXPs, serves more than 100 members reaching more than 3,800 direct peers in 20 data centres in Europe and North America, and delivers more than 360 Gbps of traffic.
