Parcus promotes Paltel partnership

Parcus Group has struck an agreement with Palestine Telecommunications Company (Paltel) to provide training services around product development and lifecycle management in telecoms.

Parcus Group is a global provider of analytics, training and consulting services to the telecom sector. Founded in 2004, its services aim to improve time-to-market delivery of new products and services, increase staff productivity and enhance competitiveness.

The partnership with Paltel will see Parcus aim to improve telecom service creation and product development processes and deliver market competitive products while increasing staff productivity and skills for the Palestinian operator.

Adel Shakaa, products and services department head at Paltel, said: "Paltel is developing its capabilities towards a more agile business and Parcus Group was able to demonstrate it had the skills and know-how to undertake the training scope required.
