With Solinea’s experience as experts in enterprise hybrid cloud adoption strategies, Untias says that the addition of the Solinea team will solidify its position as a ‘trusted advisor and partner to its clients’.

This new acquisition will enable Unitas Global to provide its customers with seamless cloud adoption for end-to-end hybrid cloud solution and together the two will be able to solve common adoption problems such as transforming legacy IT solutions, embracing cultural challenges and addressing skillset gaps.
“In addition to developing cloud adoption strategies, the Solinea acquisition brings new services to the Unitas Global offering. The additional services Unitas are able to provide, the company says is key to building an transformational cloud platform and results in a next-generation end-to-end cloud service partner for Unitas’ enterprise clients.

Earlier this year Unitas Global partnered with Connected2Fiber to deploy The Connected World SaaS platform. The platform will enable Unitas to manage and transform connectivity market data, and Unitas will use multiple connectivity intelligence tools, building list manager, network finder and availability engine API, to enhance its cloud connectivity offering.
