Russell, who will continue as president of Europe, will be responsible for leading the company’s global sales across all segments, ensuring that all GCX regions are strategically aligned and tracking towards new growth and development.

Russell joined GCX in 2015 as president of Europe, where he has been instrumental in building the company’s capabilities as well as driving organic and inorganic growth across GCX’s European footprint.
He has more than 25 years’ telecom and technology experience and was previously at NetApp, Empower Interactive, and MCI (now Verizon Business). He also served 10 years in sales leadership positions with Cable & Wireless in London.
