Telinta consolidates cloud-based VoIP portfolio

Voice over IP solutions provider Telinta has integrated two of its white label cloud-based solutions to offer a single virtual solution for VoIP providers.

The US firm’s WebRTC solution gives providers of VoIP solutions inbound and outbound calling capability through a multi-language web portal, which is now integrated into Telinta’s Virtual Office solution.

Use of VoIP solutions is growing, with the value of the market set to top $140 billion by 2021, according to MarketResearchStore.com. This is up from $83 billion I 2015, with the switch to VoIP having a direct impact on how wholesale carriers deliver services.

Telinta’s Virtual Office solution operates entirely in the cloud, offering businesses and enterprises their own white label VoIP solution.

“The addition of WebRTC into our Virtual Office solution is the perfect example of how Telinta’s solutions can easily be integrated, enabling our customers to serve end users around the world,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta.  “With our highly flexible white label solutions, Telinta customers and their resellers can offer a full portfolio of seamless services, all under their own brand.”

Telinta has also announced a partnership with Magic Telecom to offer a joint promotion which will enable VoIP providers to use the latter’s DID solutions.

Magic Telecom offers additional solutions for telcos including hosted PBX, business and residential VoIP, MVNO support, SIP trunking, and VoIP for mobiles. The agreement will see Telinta customers able to receive up to 10 free DIDs from Magic in the UK or US.

“Now more than ever, VoIP service providers understand that DIDs are a powerful part of their business,” said Ryan Rapolti, president of Magic Telecom.  “High-quality DIDs from Magic Telecom, together with Telinta’s highly-reliable softswitch platform are a winning combination for today’s competitive marketplace.”
