With the right commercial model, Cataleya will take its place as the industry leading SBC and accelerate the adoption of intelligent networking globally,” said Andreas Hipp, founder of Incipio.

Cataleya, which has deployed its next-generation SBC across five continents and supported operators’ IP networks, will be maintain its current facilities in Silicon Valley and Singapore, and is set to expand operations in Pune, India.

Jerzy Szlosarek, CEO at Epsilon, added: “Epsilon Global Communications made the strategic decision to focus on its core service provider offering. The timing was right to dedicate ourselves fully to innovating within our cloud-centric networking platform, and with Andreas and his team Cataleya is in very experienced hands.
