Russian bank said to become shareholder in Bulgaria's Vivacom

Russian bank VTB is reportedly set to become a shareholder in Bulgarian operator Vivacom.

The bank was part of the consortium of investors that won the auction to take on Vivacom’s debt, according to Kommersant.  

As part of the deal, the bank will receive a 20% minus one share stake in Vivacom, with Viva Telecoms owning 46% while Delta will hold 19%, with minority shareholders owning 15% plus one share, a source close to the deal told Kommersant
