Ericsson to run du’s infrastructure

Ericsson has entered into a long-term partnership to manage and operate du's IT infrastructure.

Ericsson has been chosen by du, a Dubai-based telecommunications operator, to manage and operate its IT infrastructure. Ericsson has been given the task of improving du's processes, infrastructure performance and to ensure the continuity of high-quality customer experiences.

Ericsson will manage du's IT service desk, data centre operations, and user computing and enterprise system management processes. In addition, Ericsson will manage IT application operations for du's Enterprise Support Systems as well as Operational and Business Support Systems.

Ericsson will also be responsible for IT security compliance for du's IT environment, and support for all du’s future IT infrastructure projects.

Ericsson's telecom IT managed services offering includes all activities typically performed when running an IT environment.
