Inteliquent has implemented wholesale vendor DIGITALK’s carrier cloud business intelligence tool to manage its long distance international (LDI) voice termination services.
The provider of voice and messaging connectivity for communications service providers has only recently introduced its LDI services to its customer base, but claims the DIGITALK solution has been quick and cost efficient to implement.
“Offering long distance international (LDI) services was a natural progression for Inteliquent’s recently announced OMNI product portfolio that provides our growing base of next generation customers with a single vendor solution for all voice and messaging services,” explains Brett Scorza, executive vice president and CIO at Inteliquent.
Justin Norris, CEO of DIGITALK, said: "Because we understand our customers core drivers, we have designed our cloud infrastructure to provide the big data analytics via our business intelligence portal that Tier 1 vendors expect.”
Inteliquent added that adding the carrier cloud solution with its international voice termination reach, web and API-based DID offer, helps to further position Inteliquent in the next generation voice and messaging solutions marketplace.
