TI Sparkle will sell the Kandy-based PaaS solution as a plug and play offer and leverage it to boost its products, integrating its voice, video and IM services, to its global customer base, which includes mobile operators, carriers and service providers.

TI Sparkle added that the OTT application will extend its coverage beyond the physical reach of its network and reach a user over any IP network anywhere in the world.
It will also allow carriers and MVNOs to launch its own brand of ITT service for telephony and other communications services.
