Epsilon reaches Argentina with IPLAN

Epsilon has expanded its reach into Argentina through an agreement with local alternative service provider IPLAN. The deal also gives IPLAN access to more than 500 service providers worldwide that are already connected to Epsilon’s network.

IPLAN operates a 100% fibre network in Argentina and is now able to compete in terms of interconnectivity to metropolitan areas around the world and to leading cloud service providers.

“We were able to offer IPLAN the simplest and most efficient way to serve their enterprise customers around the world. By outsourcing these network services to Epsilon, IPLAN is able to use our mix of network reach, local expertise, experience and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction,” said Mark Daley, director of corporate strategy and development at Epsilon.

“For IPLAN SME customers it transforms local presence into global connectivity and allows them to rapidly scale internationally. By leveraging on our global network, they also gain a link into the world’s cloud ecosystem and its service providers.”

IPLAN will also provide Epsilon with access to one of the most advanced Buenos Aires tier-three data centers, Ringo DC.

Corporate customers based in Buenos Aires can arrange for ethernet links to locations to be provisioned within days.

“We see international offerings as well as reliable connectivity as a key differentiator for broadband companies and this is why our work with Epsilon has been so important to our business,” said Mariano Clarat, chief marketing officer at IPLAN. “Epsilon offers the expertise in international networking as well as a simple and practical model for reaching more markets and cloud service providers thus enabling our customers to succeed.”
