Details of the tenders are to be made available to operators on November 17, and they could help to boost the country’s telecoms market which in 2012, was predicted to experience a sharp decline to 2017.
The auctions come after somewhat delayed predictions that the country would launch tenders for mobile licences by the end of 2013.
