Italtel France has met Cisco’s standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction, and has been branded a Cisco Premier Certified Partner.
The accreditation will also provide Italtel France with benefits such as the eligibility to participate in Cisco Channel Incentives programs, as well as permission to sell Cisco Smart Care services.
“Italtel has built strong technological and market synergies with Cisco to enable carriers and service providers to develop advanced services on new-generation networks,” said Stefano Pileri, CEO at Italtel.
“In France especially, Italtel is focused on unified communications and mobile/enhanced packet core segments. This certification adds an important quality – integration capabilities – to the competence that Italtel France has demonstrated in providing customers with turnkey proprietary solutions.”
Before becoming a Cisco Premier Certified Partner, Italtel was also required to integrate a base level of Cisco Lifestyle services into its offerings and demonstrate strong customer satisfaction.
In August this year, Cisco was reportedly preparing to cut 8% of its workforce following a slow in sales in the second quarter of 2014.
