LG Uplus provides South Korean enterprises with communication services around the world, and will utilise Epsilon’s capabilities to eliminate the complexity of managing multiple service provider relationships. It will also give the company a single point of contact for communication services in the region.
Epsilon facilitates local access services for LG Uplus in Asia, the Middle East and North Africa via its Enterprise Connect product line. The agreement includes complete transparency with LG Uplus’ enterprise customers and joint project planning to aid LG Uplus in delivering performance and quality of service.
By outsourcing this part of their operation, LG Uplus eliminates the need for procurement teams to manage local service provider relationships and network operations.
