Togo’s telecoms regulator is planning to launch a third mobile licence in the country.
Authorities in the country are
aiming to introduce a new operator to focus on 3G and 4G
services in the market, in a bid to also increase investment in
Togo is looking to utilise telecoms to boost competition in the
sector and the economy, with the country’s present
mobile penetration rates standing at approximately 54%.
