euNetworks extends contract with TimoCom

Bandwidth infrastructure provider euNetworks has extended its contract with the German freight and warehousing exchange TimoCom.

The UK-based company has been awarded a multi-year deal to deliver bandwidth to TimoCom’s new data centre in Düsseldorf.

The move builds on a partnership dating back to 2011, which has seen euNetworks deliver bandwidth connectivity between TimoCom’s office and its Düsseldorf data centre.

"We're in the process of transitioning to a new data centre and need a stable network solution to maintain uptime for our customers in the process. The technical expertise, performance and flexibility we receive from euNetworks is invaluable as we continue to expand," said Marco Haack, director of IT infrastructure and services, TimoCom.

At the end of last year, euNetworks also announced that it has renewed a multi-year contract with German insurance company Huk-Coburg, to provide Ethernet services to over 47 locations across Germany.
