According to reports, the move will provide Neo Telecoms with two additional data centres, one in Nantes and another in La Roche-Sur-Yon, which is presently under construction.
It will also enable HITS customers’ access to Neo Telecoms national network, which includes three data centres in Paris and five in Toulouse, Metz, Nancy and Montpellier.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
