BT has appointed Luca Zappia as country manager for Switzerland, where he will be in charge of BT’s operations and serve the needs of multinational companies in Switzerland.
Zappia joined BT in 2005 and has held several roles, including director of marketing for Switzerland and CEO of EMEA. He most recently led BT’s operations across the Middle East and Africa. Before BT, Zappia worked for Swisscom Solutions as head of corporate sales.
Olivier Campenon, BT’s president for EMEA, said: “Luca’s breadth of experience will help us get close to the customers in Switzerland in order to understand and address their networking requirements.”
