Okandan started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1992 as a senior auditor. He then worked as a financial controller for DHL Express Worldwide and Frito Lay before joining Turkcell in 2000. “With the wealth of experience Okandan has, we are confident he will be a great value to help lead the group to the next phase. Okandan will help Etisalat to focus on optimising and value creation from its operations,” said Ahmad Abdulkarim Julfar, Etisalat’s Group CEO.
