In his previous role, Wallace had been SVP of engineering and network operations with Pac-West since 2010 when he joined the company. He will continue to oversee the network management activities, development and customer operations, and will additionally lead the financial operations. Before joining Pac-West, Wallace was CTO with Transcomm Enhanced Services. He has also worked for Sourcecomm, Halo Wireless, Lonestar Corporate Services, VodaCode, Y-Tel International, Touchstone Systems and IPOperations and was COO of CCC GlobalCom
